Heiner Goebbels in Birmingham 2012

Third Ear is working in partnership with Birmingham Conservatoire and mac:Birmingham to produce the UK première of Walden by Heiner Goebbels, scheduled for 23 June 2012 as part of the Cultural Olympiad Festival.

The performance will be given by the Dutch group Ensemble Klang, together with BCMG and Keir Neuringer. On 22 June, the Conservatoire Symphony Orchestra will perform the Sampler Suite and D&C from Surrogate Cities in the Adrian Boult Hall. This follows Frontiers Plus: Heiner Goebbels, the UK's first festival feature on Goebbels, running 21-23 March 2012.
